Published in the year 2023 in May, following the protagonist Violet Sorrengal is and has been one of the most popular books, compiling together the genres of romance and fantasy. Also referred to as the Empyrean series, this book follows Violet, who dreams of one day becoming a scribe, however, she needs to comply with her mother’s order to join hundreds of candidates, who are waiting to be selected to be elite dragon riders.
The book follows Violet as she grapples through the hurdles in her path to accomplish this one goal.

This historical fiction novel took the internet by storm with its plot, following the life of a fictional old Hollywood star, Evelyn Hugo, who recounts the events of her life in an interview with a young journalist named Monique Grant. The book, released in 2017, was an instant hit among fellow book lovers. The adaptation of this novel is said to come on the streaming platform Netflix.
